Watson Wyatt accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any consequences arising from any third party (meaning a party other than the GNAIE), relying on any reports that it produces for GNAIE. The work performed by Watson Wyatt in producing the Watson Wyatt Reports was not carried out in the knowledge or context of any specified requirements which a third party may have nor pursuant to any instructions that the Watson Wyatt Report would be disclosed to a third party.
Watson Wyatt gives no warranties as to the suitability of its reports and other materials for any purpose other than that for which they were originally provided and accepts no responsibility or liability to any other third party in this regard. Watson Wyatt’s consent for GNAIE to post these Reports on their web site shall in no event increase Watson Wyatt’s liability beyond the liability it has under its terms of engagement with GNAIE.
These reports were prepared by Watson Wyatt at GNAIEs instruction. All the products in this report were hypothetical US products and you may not get the same results if you apply the methodologies to products your company issues.
These reports are only the first of what may be many future drafts and the observations and conclusions therein do not necessarily represent the view of GNAIE or any of GNAIE’s members.
The Recipient shall not refer to or quote these Reports, in whole or in part, in any registration statement, prospectus, public filing or announcement, loan agreement or other agreement or document.
The Recipient shall not distribute these Reports to any other Recipient independent of these terms and conditions.
